Using mathematical modelling to examine the impacts of social and biological factors on the biodiversity of the Pafos Forest
Development of a new approach, using mathematical modelling, to understand the dynamics of the Pafos Forest ecosystem. Pafos Forest is recognized as an area of high conservation priority and has been designated as a Natura 2000 site and an Important Bird Area (IBA).
The project’s main objective was to identify the ecological and social factors that influence most the bird communities in Pafos Forest, Cyprus.
